Dead In The Alley Way
The Police find a man dead in the alley way. A bullet hole is in his head. Beside the man is the gun that killed him (with his fingerprints), a handkerchief, and a tape recorder. The Detective pushes play on the tape recorder and hears that it starts from the beginning, and it says: "I'm sorry that I must end my life. I'm in debt and I don't know how to get out of it. I'm sorry..." then a second later he hears the gun go off. Why did the detective file the case as a murder instead of a suicide?

The tape started at the beginning and the gun shot was at the end. how could the man rewind the tape if he was already dead? Plus, the murderer could've used the the handkerchief to hold the gun and then puts the man's hand on the gun when he was dead so only his fingerprints were left behind. It was suicide. The man was the smallest midgit in the world and his friend was the second smallest midget in the world and they worked at a circus. His friend was jealous of him so he broke a yardstick (note: that was the broken stick on the bed) and marked it at four feet. When his friend measured his height, it looked like he grew making him very depressed which led to killing himself thus making his friend the smallest midget in the world. Who Stole The $100,000 Riddle
A man leaves a $100,000 dollar bill on his desk and leaves work. When he returns the money is gone. He has three suspects: the cook, the cleaning lady, and the mail guy. The cook says he put the money under a book on his desk to keep it safe. They check and it is no longer there. The maid says she moved it when she was cleaning to the inside of the book between page 1 and 2. They open the book and look between page number 1 and 2 but it isn't there. The mail guy says he saw it sticking out of the book and to keep it safe he moved it to between page number 2 and 3. Once they are done the culprit is promptly arrested. Who did it and how did he know?

The mail guy did it because if he checked between page numbers 1 and 2 page numbers 2 and 3 are opposite sides of one page and could not hold the dollar bill. Did you answer this riddle correctly?
